Estimates, Pricing & Booking

Are your estimates free?

Yes. We visit your property, measure up and give you a clear, written, no-obligation estimate with no hidden costs. Request your free estimate.

How much does a new driveway cost?

Every driveway is priced individually. The cost depends on the size of the area, whether you choose asphalt or concrete, the condition of the existing base, how much excavation and grading is needed, and access for our equipment. Your free on-site estimate gives you an exact price.

Do you require a deposit?

Just a small booking deposit to reserve your spot on the schedule. After that, nothing is due until the job is done and you are completely satisfied.

Do I need a permit for a new driveway?

Resurfacing or replacing a driveway on your own property often needs no permit, but changes to where your driveway meets the street, such as widening the curb cut or rebuilding the section across the city boulevard, usually need municipal approval. We will look at your property during the estimate and let you know what applies.

Asphalt vs. Concrete

Asphalt or concrete: which should I choose?

Asphalt is budget-friendly, quick to install and very durable. Concrete costs more but offers endless design options and can last 30+ years. We will help you decide what makes sense for your property and budget. Learn more about asphalt driveways and concrete driveways.

What concrete finishes do you offer?

We install broom-finish, exposed aggregate, stamped and coloured concrete for driveways, patios and walkways, with borders and patterns designed around your home. See our custom concrete finishes.

Can you match my existing paving?

Yes. Whether you are adding onto an existing driveway or repairing a section, we can match the colour, texture and finish so everything looks seamless.

Can you fix drainage problems and puddles?

Yes. Proper grading and drainage are part of every job. We can re-slope a driveway or parking lot, add drains and catch basins, and direct water away from your home or building so it does not pool.

Your Project

How long will my driveway project take?

Most residential driveways wrap up in 2–3 days, depending on size. We will give you an exact timeline during your free estimate and stick to it, working efficiently to minimize disruption.

When is the best time to pave?

May through September is ideal, but we work year-round when weather permits. Spring and fall are popular, so if you are planning ahead, book early to secure your preferred dates.

How should I care for my new driveway?

We give you care instructions for your specific surface when the job is finished. For tips on curing, sealing and seasonal care, read our guide on maintaining a newly paved driveway.

Do you repair existing driveways?

Yes. We repair cracks and damaged areas, patch and resurface asphalt, and replace failing sections, often adding years of life to your existing driveway. See driveway repair and resurfacing.

Warranty & Commercial Work

What is covered under your warranty?

Eligible work is covered by our two-year warranty, subject to terms and exclusions. We go over exactly what is covered when we walk through the finished project with you, and if a covered issue comes up, we make it right.

Do you pave parking lots for businesses and stratas?

Yes. We build, resurface and repair parking lots, strata roads and commercial properties, including drainage, curbs and sidewalks. We schedule the work in phases where needed to keep disruption for residents, tenants and customers to a minimum. See parking lot construction and resurfacing.

Do you offer commercial snow removal?

Yes. We provide snow removal and salting for commercial properties and parking lots across the Lower Mainland. Learn more about snow removal and salting.
